New Ruling:

8.  To record commercial cattle, it is necessary to be a financial member of NZ Herefords. The member must have a background of using registered Hereford bulls over a period of time. A physical inspection could be required and unless there is a 30% parentage match using DNA, the member can only commercially register 20% of their total registered stud.
